trailer system, or components in a building. We have a
system - or the components - for you.
These are complete, pre-engineered, packaged
treatment systems of different flow rate and daily volume capacities for
indoor or outdoor use. The component systems are shipped with tanks
and all hardware separate for simple installation on your pad.
Containerized and trailer systems are
portable - Unplug them and move them. This is the ultimate in simple installation and
portability. (of course, we'll provide only the reactor package if
you want to do the rest of the system yourself)
Here are the differences between
"Re-Use" and "Discharge" packages:

Polymer is not included. If you are going to reuse the
water, it doesn't need polymer. What little water that is
ejected from the system for dissolved solids management is clean
enough for the sewer. |
Continuous Flow systems (clarifiers):
Polymer is used to ensure
complete settling of solids. This is cheap insurance. |
Overnight settling systems: Polymer is NOT needed
- the solids settle to the bottom of a cone-bottom tank over night. |

Install a clear water
storage tank from which to draw water for reuse.
10% or so of the
treated water must be discarded to maintain a level of dissolved
solids below maximum saturation. This happens through the
sludge dewatering process. |
Overflow directly from
the clarifier to the sewer. |
Biocide: Notice that we've not
mentioned it in our systems. None is required
with KASELCO packages for odor control. Bacteria
are electrocuted (but the reactor voltage is safe for humans.
